Meet the Staff behind the scenes

Our Staff attend many camps and events throughout the year. They dedicate a lot of time to make sure our teams are prepared for major events.

Robert Chassin

Position: Head Equipment Manager
Rob manages all of the teams equipment and gear. His job is nonstop and he's one of the guys still working even after the games stop. Rob travels with all of the teams to manage and maintain equipment and jerseys.

Jason Feairheller

Position: Strength and Conditioning Coach
Jason is a 2007 graduate of the University of Scranton where he completed his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. While in college he played on the University of Scranton baseball team, where he team captain for the 2007 season. Jason's hockey experience began at age 11 when he started playing dek hockey and he has been playing ever since. Most recently Jason plays for the Phoenixville Graffix. Jason’s training experience began in 2005 when he worked at Lightning Fast Training Systems. During his time at Lightning Fast he trained a variety of high school, college, and professional athletes from the NFL, NHL, and AFL. Most recently Jason was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the US Women’s Street Hockey team, which won bronze at the 2013 World Ball Hockey Championships in Toronto, Canada.

Laura Barrett

Position: Athletic Trainer
Laura received a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2007 from Ithaca College. She also received a master’s degree in physical therapy and a achelor’s degree in clinical science from Ithaca. She is the clinic director of a private orthopedic practice for seven years now and has a special interest in sport rehabilitation. She plays many sports competitively and is also an avid runner.

Laura’s interest in hockey began in high school, playing for the field hockey team, and continued playing field hockey at a club level in college. She was introduced to ball hockey after moving to the Washington DC area, where she joined several leagues and the Mid-Atlantic Shot Blocks travel team. She is now a member of the women’s USA national team, heading to Switzerland to play for a Gold medal.

Frank Carter Jr

Position: Equipment Manager/Video Editor

Frank Carter Jr worked with Team DC as equipment manager. Providing players with water, tape, replacement sticks or anything a player needs.

Frank also volunteers as a video editor: He is creating videos to raise awareness for the different ASHI programs. He also wants to create videos to bring excitement to the ball hockey community when a big event is approaching for a USA team.
